All the events and workshops take place at the Sarah Mulder Boutique located on Granville Island at 1420 Old Bridge Street, Vancouver, BC.
Is there parking available?
Yes! There is pay parking all around Granville Island.
Pay parking in effect 9 AM – 10 PM daily. For info on parking rates click here.
The closest package garage to the studio is the Old Bridge Street Indoor Lot.
Where can I park my bike?
Many bike racks are located conveniently throughout the Island. Be sure to use a sturdy lock and fasten your bike securely.
Granville Island also has a Mobi Bikeshare station, near the intersection of Old Bridge St and Cartwright St. There is also a station at Anderson and 2nd Ave. For more information check out Mobi’s website.
Granville Island secure valet parking is also available during summer months into the fall. Check for full details.
Is the boutique accessible?
Yes! The shop is accessible. The restroom located in the shop is not; however, there are accessible restrooms available close by.
The closest accessible restroom is at the Chain & Forge Plaza: located in the corridor of the Chain & Forge Plaza which is about a minute away.

What the cancellation policy?
Workshop Booking Policy
Bookings are non-refundable.
Changes must be made at least 7 days before your workshop. Within 7 days, bookings cannot be rescheduled, as materials are prepared in advance and spots are limited.
You’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend at any time, just send me their name ahead of the workshop.
Sickness Policy
If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and let me know as soon as possible.
Rescheduling due to illness may be offered at SMJ's discretion, depending on timing and availability. Last minute cancellations are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
Duplicate Bookings
If you’ve accidentally booked more than one spot, please reach out within 24 hours of booking.
Duplicate tickets can be refunded within this window, after that standard policies apply.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled start time. If you are running late, please contact Sarah Mulder Jewelry as soon as possible. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to complete the workshop as planned, and workshop time cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals.
If you do not attend your workshop and do not contact Sarah Mulder Jewelry before the workshop start time, your booking will be considered a no show and cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or credited toward a future workshop.
