Shipping and Returns

 

SHIPPING

SMJ orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC. Orders shipping to Canada and the United States are charged a $10 flat rate, which is tracked and insured. Orders of $150 and over ship free to Canada and the US. Local pickup is available, pickup hours are Monday - Friday from 10am-5pm in Gastown, Vancouver and arrangements can be made by emailing info@sarahmulder.com.

We are currently only offering standard tracked shipping. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Packages arrive approximately in *2-7 business days within Canada.  Delivery estimates for US shipments are not within our control due possible delays at customs. For international shipping (Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Europe, Asia) we charge a $40 flat rate. SMJ is not responsible for duties or fees for US or international orders.

*Please note that once a parcel is handed to our shipping carrier the whereabouts of your package is out of our control and you can use your tracking number to track your package. It is the customers responsibility to verify their mailing address upon checkout, if the address has been entered improperly SMJ cannot be held responsible for your missing order. Kindly contact us if your parcel has been lost or stolen, and we will do our best to help you!

If you are contacting us about a damaged product, kindly email info@sarahmulder.com with a photo of the damaged piece. We may or may not be able to replace or repair your damaged item, but we will do our best to accommodate requests. Please note that repairs are case by case, and we may need to charge a fee for repairs/replacements. Please note that SMJ does not cover the shipping cost of return/repair items.
RETURNS

 

*All sale items or any items that have had a discount applied to them are considered a FINAL SALE.

*All gift cards are considered a final sale.

  • Regular items (excluding all sale items) may qualify for an exchange or online credit within 14 business days of the purchase date. If you would like to exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, please email info@sarahmulder.com with your order number and the date it was purchased.
  • We do not take exchanges or returns from jewelry purchased from retail locations. 
  • Purchases made at in-person events hosted by SMJ are eligible for an exchange or online credit if you have a receipt for proof of payment.
  • Mystery Boxes and Mystery Bags are considered sale items and are not eligible for an exchange or online credit.
  • In order for your items to be eligible for an exchange or online credit, jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We recommend shipping your items back in a box with insurance and tracking. SMJ can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items due to the mishandling of postal services.  If you are shipping an item to SMJ from outside of Canada, please contact us so that we can guide you through the exchange in order to avoid unnecessary costs.
*We do our best to describe each item in detail through the product description and photos in our online store, but we understand that sometimes there are details that you might be unsure about.
