*please note that Sarah Mulder Jewelry can ship to anywhere in the world, if your country is not supported through this website for an online sale please email firstname.lastname@example.org to pay for an order and receive a shipping quote.
When shipping internationally Sarah Mulder Jewelry cannot be held responsible for duty fees. Please allow extra time for your orders to arrive if you are outside of Canada. Upgrades to shipping (tracking numbers etc) can be made by contacting email@example.com before time of purchase. Please note that the cost of tracking numbers for international shipping will vary with every order and will not be covered by Sarah Mulder Jewelry regardless of the amount purchased. If you require a shipping number for your package please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tracking numbers will be provided on all Domestic orders over $100 retail (before tax & shipping), if you would like a tracking number and your order is under $100 please use the tracking upgrade option at checkout to complete your purchase.
If there is no tracking number added to your shipping we have no way of finding your package should it not arrive.
Sarah Mulder Jewelry cannot be held responsible for items that are lost during shipping. Any deliveries that are not received after being shipped are the responsibility of the receiver.
When will your item be shipped?
All items are shipped within *3-5 business days unless otherwise noted once payment is received. Items are shipped by Canada Post and should arrive within 5-10 business days if shipping within Canada.
