Exchange Policy

 

Sarah Mulder Jewelry is made in small batches and hand made with care, if you are unhappy with something you have purchased please contact info@sarahmulder.com

If your jewelry has a defect not caused by regular wear, it can be exchanged or repaired within 14 days of purchase

REPAIRS

Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Please contact us with an image of your jewelry and a description of what needs repairing. Each repair is different and sometimes repairs are not possible. Repair fees will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties if we are able to repair your item.  Broken stones/crystals if damaged from dropping or the like cannot be reset or repaired.  All sales are non-refundable. Sale items are final. 

DEFECTS

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of the date of delivery to request a replacement item. Please include a brief description about what is damaged/defective with an image of the item. We will assess the item to determine whether it is a manufactures defect, or natural wear and tear of the product. 

LOST EARRING

Sarah Mulder Jewelry will be happy to replace a single earring for you if we have a matching earring in-stock.  Please email us with a clear photo of the earring you need to pair.  The cost to replace a single earring is 50% of the original retail price + shipping and applicable taxes.

SHIPPING + DUTY FEES

Shipping fees on items being exchanged are the responsibility of the buyer, along with any duty fees that may occur. 

All items are shipped within *3-5 business days unless otherwise noted once payment is received. Items are shipped by Canada Post and should arrive within 5-10 business days if shipping within Canada.
